Cancellation Policy

We charge a fee if the client doesn't cancel or reschedule after 3 PM the day before or don’t show up to their scheduled appointment.

The client will be charged $45 if the client doesn't contact their therapist or no-shows.

We will ask for a card/debit card for new appointments bookings and the client will be charged the a $5 deposit fee when booking the appointment. The deposit will be put toward the massage payment at check-out.
Massage Appointment Time Policy

Appointments are best booked on the hour or half-hour or quarter-hour for.

Appointments booked online may need to be adjusted, and if so, you you will receive a call from your therapist for adjustments.

Appointments include the time needed before and after a massage making the actual hands-on time less than 60 Mins and 90 Mins.

If the appointment is over the discount time frame the price will shift to the next tier unless the appointment was moved/rescheduled by the therapist.
